It is the most favourable agenda of any anti-India any anti-Hindu forces to try and sell the narrative that Narendra Modi for the BJP wants to make India as a Hindu state if that is so what is wrong about India being The Hindu state or rashtra I wonder?

  

Our Bhartiya civilization is older than thousands of year or rather I should say it is older than the known history. History worldwide has been captured and narrated only, by a handful. Those who wanted to fix Abrahamic agenda. No one can introduce the concept of “WHY INDIA should be A HINDU RASHTRA” to Hindus as 95% of the word Hindu population lives in India, not to forget that this is the birthplace are “Santana Hindu dharma”. 

The present geo-political state of India should never be shy of recognising her identity as the mother land of Hinduism and the Hindu way of life.

Hinduism or Santana Dharma is the third largest religious practice in the world after Christianity and Islam. But due to its nature It is not geo politically as widespread on the world map as the other two. India Nepal and Mauritius are the three countries where 97% of the Hindu population of the World lives. (not taking into account the various migrations that happened from India to other parts of the world people who are now known as people of Indian Origin). when we talk we cannot discount the fact that 95% of the population who follow Hinduism live in the Indian state and only about 1.5% to 1.7% of Muslims live in in Arabia the birthplace of Islam.

Let's now move to a little more focused talks.

The liberals or as I call them "Secularism Industry" and its promoters have no problems with 53 Muslim dominated countries out of which Islam happens to be the official religion in over 26 of them and about 100+ Christian dominated countries of which 15 Nation have Christianity as its official religion.

Countries like England, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Hungary, Denmark are pronounced Christian countries and we also have about 6 countries which have Buddhist states, Israel being the only Jewish state. But when it comes to India! suddenly all rational are forgotten. Why Hinduism cannot be the official religion of Geo-Political Indian state?

A religion which preaches the philosophy of peace through this mantra:

Om Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah। Sarve Santu Nir-Aamayaah।
Sarve Bhadraanni Pashyantu।Maa Kashcid-Duhkha-Bhaag-Bhavet॥
Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaantih॥

Which translates to :

May All Be Prosperous and Happy. May All Be Free from Illness
May All See What Is Spiritually Uplifting. May No One Suffer In Any Way. Om Peace, Peace, Peace..

Can never be a cause of danger or in treating other religion with dignity. The Hindu dharma also has multiple sect in its own self, we have Jain’s, Buddhist Sikh, Arya Samaj, and numerous other sects... and even when the land was distributed in smaller kingdoms which were predominantly Hindu state. We had a flourishing Paris, Zoroastrian, Muslim, Christian subject in their estates.

Next time around whenever you go to any religious place other than that of Hindus, notice you would find a lot of people who are people of Indian Origin and are practicing Islam and Christianity.  

Proselytizing was never a concept that the Hindu or the Santana Dharma ever accepted throughout its history. But on the contrary religions such as Islam and Christianity both used proselytization as a policy for existence and expansion.

Interestingly there are Christian and Muslim Nations across who raise voice on human right abuse and religious persecution of Muslims and Christians throughout the world. Interestingly they will have numerous discussions on Myanmar Palestine Yamen but conveniently forget the pain and loss that Hindus (including Sikhs, Jains & Buddhist) suffered during partition era, in Pakistan, in Afghanistan and Bangladesh.  the most interesting case happens to be that this class of people would stand up to fight for rohingya people who illegally migrated to Jammu region of India. They will not utter a word for the brutality faced by the Kashmiri pundits nor for the ethnic cleansing that happened in Kashmir, by the fanatic Wahhabi Islamist.  They will fund, propagate, give financial moral and tactical support to protest about the controversial disputed Babari structure, Inhuman practice of triple talaq, abrogation of article 370 or a matter of foreign policy as Citizenship amendment act. But will not have guts to talk about the Hindu temples gurdwaras which are desecrated / demolished in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh.  who will forget the destruction of Hindu temple in Baluchistan, Sindh or Muscat? 

 

Most political identities/ families or people who have been into politics claiming to be saviours of secular credentials have never been secular. They have always practiced anti-Hindu politics. It could be on the name of secularism or on the name of creating cast divide or for the matter the north south divide but it has always been purely an anti-Hindu politics. In 2007-08 The question on religious expenditure and subsidies provided by exchequer was put up before the Honourable supreme court of India and the Hon. Supreme court gave directions asking how can a state which has secularism placed in its preamble, give subsidies on ground of religion?  It further passed orders asking the union government of India to implement phasing out of the Haj subsidy which was provided to millions at an average of $1,000 per person. But then in our country this is what is known as secularism, but in true sense it is religious minority based appeasement politics.  To your utter surprise countries which pronounced “Idol worship as condemned” (Hindus, Jains Buddhist, Cristian’s do worship idols) are being benefited by Indian taxpayers of which mostly are Hindus, by way of religious tourism.  The same money which is given for religious tourism, comes back to India in form of support and expansion of Wahhabi extremism. Pushing a section of Indians towards intolerance and disregard of the Constitution of India.

As per my understanding, if a nation is secular in nature and that its Constitution does not have a religion, then why would it have religion specific laws?

If secularism is the ethos and soul of our constitution, then the constitution should have Uniform Civil laws. In other word uniform codes to conduct for all subject of the state.

I still fail to understand how and why? with what mind have we been governed by various governments and bureaucratic machinery till now. Where one set of religious institutions are pronounced to be autonomous in nature and operation, because they are called minority Institutions (places of religious practice, shrines or educational institutions).  But at the same time most of the prominent Hindu shrines and temples are under the control of Government. Where is the ethos of equality and Sovereignty of Hindu in this pseudo secular Nation?

The Hindus and the Santana dharma has not only coexisted with religions that plagiaristic out of Hinduism but also have given ample freedom to persons practicing them, when they were religious persecuted around the world, they found refuge in bharat. Not just these but when people prominent religion faced persecution for example, Syrian Christians who came over about 1800 years ago, none of them have vanished in my bharat. 

There are some people who do feel ashamed and who take it as disgrace being told that they are Hindus, that they are from the soil which has given birth to Hinduism. 

It is about time to look back, track facts and origins of your Hinduism, feel pride in being a Hindu and not shy away anymore...

 I very strongly feel that bharat as a nation is secular by its soul. It is not secular, because a family which had imposed emergency and put the word secular in our constitution.  This was a time when the entire political opposition of the country was behind bars. When anybody who question this feudal empire was attacked, jailed or at times even murdered for asking questions. It is so because the majority of humanity living in this land are Hindus and the very nature of this religion is that ensures the secular practices can continue unquestioned!

Must not forget what happened to Iran after the revolution or for that matter Afghanistan after that dethroned the king and proclaimed itself to be Islamic states.

At times I also wonder! what are these people, who actually say that they are proud that we are a secular state, knowing well that it was in the darkest period of Indian democracy, THE EMERGENSY ERA that the 42nd amendment brought the word secular it into the preamble? 

What do they intend to say? 

Those great leaders who sat in the constituent assembly of India. Framing our constitution were not secular in nature and actions?

From our first president Dr Rupendra Prasad or Mahatma Gandhi or Jawaharlal Nehru or Doctor bheem rao Ambedkar and other such great names were they all communal? 

When you feel alienated, when you feel lonely, when you are persecuted the one person that you always want to run back to is your mother.  If that is not wrong, then giving the lap of mother to all those who originated from India and are persecuted because of being religious minority. Why should they not be having the comfort, love and care of the motherland! The place where their religion originated?

A noted Indian Muslim poet (awarded poet) goes on to comment, that this Nation has about 35 crore humans and 100 crore animals (Hindus would be about 100 crores in India).  but that acclaimed poet whom I would only call a hate monger buffoon, forgot that one he is not an Arab nor he is a descendant of an Arab, he basically is nothing except, offspring of a frightened Hindu who was weak and could not fight the oppressors that could be the Wahhabi Mughal or Arab Looters. Who came to India with a dressier to loot bharat and rule it by barbarism and forceful religious conversions.

It is said that Islam came into existence about 1400 years ago. Well my question to all of those in India practicing Islam is, that before 1400 years, your ancestors would have been following / practicing some religion.  have you ever wondered, what it was?

My religion, my Hinduism, my Santana Dharma, gives me the power to accept that one of my siblings (by DNA) may not be practicing the same path to God that I may be practicing.  But I am happy that he is following some path to attain enlightenment and to reach Almighty God.

If we declare ourselves to be a Hindu rashtra it will definitely open doors for safeguarding the majority population against the force conversion and proselytization mechanism followed by minorities and to satisfy them the appeasement politics done by people with vested interest.

India that is Bharat will remain a progressive state only till such time that the Hindu population is in domination, in the demographics of this Nation.

Hinduism and secularism are two sides off of a coin, something like what was there in the film Sholay, you toss it, in either way you win.

If India happens to declare itself a Hindu rashtra it would be one of the best things that would happen.  Uniform Civil Code or equality for all and appeasement of none will become a way of life that means all Indians will be equal regardless of caste, Creed   and religion. A state that is governed by the rule of law and has equal rights and duties for all its subject will always grow and be prosper. Countries like Japan, Germany or USA, they are all operated governed on the principle of rule of law.  If the law gives you freedom of practicing religion of your choice, then enjoy it. But because some Hindus had been proselytized in history and that has to continue, should not be tolerated anymore.

If a citizen out of his free will after reading and understanding any religion wants to denounced the religion by birth and adopt a new one it is not a sin. But forcing a conversion or tempting somebody to convert his religion for money, food or education, it is not something which a progressive society should accept.

I am sure you will not be able to show me another religion that could recognise and except non practitioners of their own faith with such regard and humility.

Religious tolerance, secularism and you live your way and let me live my way, has been the way of life ever since Hinduism started even much before the Muslims invaded or later the Europeans came to loot.

When you read history in contemporary syllabus or the historians that the academician have referred to in the last century, you will never find them talking about the fact, that from around year 1080 turnaround 1739 this land of Bharat was invaded by looters and barbarians for centuries. Buy rough estimate this invasion, destruction, barbarism would have taken life of over 100 million Hindus.  This perhaps would be the longest and the biggest Holocaust ethnic cleansing, loot, Murder, barbarism ever in the history of humankind.

There is a creed of humans who have made it their business making sure that the word Islamophobia is understood to be a global phenomenon, that people from Islamic world are facing today. If that is the case then how is it that the population demography of people following Islam is the fastest expanding phenomena in the world?

Some people have made it a business to ruin the image of Hinduism, giving it name like Saffron terror. By telling word that Hinduism is dangerous and creating sentiment of Hindu-phobia.  

Thousands of year back, when societies and humanity had more tolerance, minorities, survived and flourished. So much so that religious demography of specific areas completely overturned, still the idea of coexistence was not lost, people were not afraid.

That my friends are what the philosophy of Hindu rashtra is, no human is small, all humans will be helped to grow as humans.

Religion is and shall be your personal scope of connectivity with Almighty.

I always say that we Hindus should take pride in a vibrant and glorious history. That you can find temple of Sun and fire in distant places like Central Russia with Sanskrit slokas inscribed. The fact that one of the most densely populated nation, practicing Islam is Indonesia its Airlines is named Garuda which we all know was the vahan of Bhagwan Vishnu.  Not just that Thailand calls its king Rama and the palace as Ajodhya, to the extent that has the scene of Samudra Manthan at its airport.  don't forget the beautiful temples in Cambodia or the one in Burma.
 

From being present in so many places on this earth (now limited to only India) Hindus have never gone about invading anybody for conversion of religion. We have always been and shall always be tolerant.

It does not mean that by accepting that you are Hindu rashtra you could probably become proselytizing race.
